During the implementation process you should be assigned a user to access the Customer Portal. It contains all of the e-learning videos and documentation reference for SAP® Business One clients. If you did not receive a login or would like additional logins, please
contact us here or contact your consultant directly. For existing users, please click Education along the top and refer to the 2007A curriculum (the 8.8 curriculum does not have as much detail).

During your SAP® Business ByDesign implementation you should have been assigned key user account logins which will give you access to the Business Center. The BC contains forums, wikis, test systems and documentation resources. Please

The SAP® Business One Forum is a great way to search for answers to your questions. Used by customers, consultants and SAP product experts alike, a simple search can generally provide you with the information you are looking for. Furthermore, with your customer login you are able to post questions where other forum users will earn points for answering. The forum is very active and contains a wealth of great product knowledge.
